The spot seems to be getting bigger. I have already taken him to the vet, and the vet says he is healthy, no ringworm, nothing. He doesn't wear a color yet, so thats not it either. I am confused...I dont want a bald dog.

I use to breed rotts and every once in a while we would have this problem just on one puppy!! It is kind of like cradle cap for children! This is also a sign that you puppy will more then likly have a sensitivity to certain foods. Many alternates are corn, wheat and beef! Look at the label of your food give him one with out corn and beef. Keep the spot clean and dry it may also just be puppy dermatitis and it will clear up on its own!! Hope this helps!

It could be growing stress and a light case of mange. Keep him clean (probably oatmeal or medicated shampoo) and feed a good quality food http://www.dogfoodanalysis.com
