they are dwarfs. i think the winter white ones. the babies are 3 weeks and a day old today. can i take them from the mother???
i NEED to know. and can i put a male in the cage (the father) or will he get the babies pregnant?!?!

He is not acting like anything is broken but he is limping. He has a gash that is wide open and scratches all around it. He is not bleeding all that bad. He acts like he is in some pain. Should I take him to the vet for that or do you think if I just clean it a few times a day, it will heal on it's own?

I have a five month old sweet little yorkie.. does anyone know when he will stop growing.. he is almost as big as my oldest little yorkie. Is there anyway to determine if he is going to get any bigger.. (not that it matters as he is so lovely) but was wondering.

He has had all his shots and flea medicine very recently. Yet he continues to scratch. I made the mistake of giving him a bath with human shampoo. Could that be the cause of scratching or is it something more serious?

I would like to have about 3 guppies, 2 platies, 1 dwarf gourami, 1 otocinclus, and about 8 neon tetras. Would this be an ok amount for my 20 gallon tank? If not, what would be better, and if yes, could I add more, and of what kind. I have 2 male guppies and 1 female guppy. What do you guys think?

I am a single 35 year old male living in a small apartment in Dallas. I understand greyhounds are very lazy and run around for about 20 minutes then sleep all the time. I want a lazy dog. Maybe an italian greyhound? They say pets have a calming effect on owners. Seems valid to me.

And it would not be hard to have an exit strategy with a fine dog like that, am I wrong?

my dog is now 4 years old. she was neutered as soon as the vet said ok, was about 4 or 5 months old, he said better before she can have puppies. I found her on a street, the owner of the kiosk was waving a stick at her. I took her home, then lived with parents, and she's been living with me and my sister in the same room. Now she lives with me and my sister in a 2 room flat, been ok till now but has started to be very scared lately when i take her out to shopping, tied her outside she was always ok but not lately, tail between legs and shivering :S

ok.. i have a 6 week old puppy and I was wondering when is a good time to start taking him out on walks? ... my older dog is terrible when it comes to walking.. she pretty much does whatever she wants and wont obey me so that's why I want to train my little one so that he can be better at it......oh and by the way, he's a sheep dog... Two months ago I asked the group about my kitten not responding to touching. Well, the update is, she finally came out from under the bed after eight days. It's been two months now and she will play with me with toys, roam the house and play with our other kitten.

If I have a toy between my hands and me she is OK and I can get very close, but still the site of hands only, will send her back under the bed.

Some days she seems like she is coming along then other days she is skiddish.

What's puzzling is, when we adopted her from the shelter we were able to hold and pet her.

She is a beautiful calico and doesn't seen like she was ever ferel.

Treats and food doesn't interest her for coaxing.

Everyone says give her time and she will come around, but I'm getting impatient and wondering if she will ever trust us.

I pet the other kitten in front of her, but she doesn't seem to be jealous.

Has anyone had a cat they could never touch?
