I dont like cats and never have owned one.

I need to find a one of those high tech pet doors, maybe 12'' x 8''!

we have a indoor cat and an outside dog and tried the over the counter stuff but when we think thier gone i find 3 or 4 more on the cat and we have to spay the house and the sleeping area again..

Has anyone else ever dealt w/this? He has lost 10% of his weight in 1 month. He is a chow mix, and feisty and has a great appetite. In other words, you would never know he was sick. I am in shock.

My 6 mo old puppy got parvo. He had pneumonia at 3 mo that lasted 3 weeks and the vet wouldnt give him his shots. I had an appointment next tues to get him neutered and his shots. He started getting depressed Monday and Tues would not eat and then started vomiting Tues night. I took him to the vet first thing Wed morning. He had diarehha with red specks in it and was still vomiting. The vet took him and kept him with IV fluid treatment and antiobiotics. He did not get up at all Wed. Thur, today he has black diarehha and is up moving around a little and has not vomited. Has anyone dealt with this before and is bloody diarehha on
the 3rd day still a bad sign that he wont make it? How long before he should start showing improvement? I guess what I am asking is my dog going to die because it is the 3rd day and has bloody diarrehha still? Or has anyone experienced this and had success?

I am watching my mom's dog for the week and I left for an hour to work out. The dog got into a bag of wrapped halloween candy I had, unwrapped 3 kit kat bars and ate them. I have heard that chocolate is really bad for dogs. What should I do and what can happen?? It's a pomeranian.

my kitten eyes keep running and she is sneezing alot. i can hear her breathing is not normal, it sounds like a person with a chest cold. i can't afford to take her to the vet at the moment. i need a solution until i can take her to the vet.

I have a fancy goldfish for 5 months and he is very healthy. Lately his water gets green every 5 days and I have to cycle the water. Woud anyone know why this happens? It didn't happen when I first got him. I am purposely feeding him a little less thinking it was the food decomposing.

HI! ^_^ this is the seconde filter I have bought for my 10 gallon fishtank. I have the same brand for my indoor 300 gallon (wall plat) but this one just wont seem to work. I whent in again and baught a whisper, but now the filter is being filled with dabris and all that gunk. I have a sucker fish, but he doesnt have any affect on the algi? any reason do you think? any help would be wonderful, thanks guys! ^_^

I have three cats, two mixed breed kittens who are 8 months old and a pure bred Bengal who is 7 months old. KiKi and Misti the two mixed kittens were here first and played and romped around like kittens will do. They've been together since they were 6 wks old.

When I introduced Susan the Bengal, they quit playing as much. Now all three act as invididuals and rarely play together. Why?

Also KiKi will not eat when Susan and Misti do, she waits until they are totally finished even if I move her portion to another area and let her know where it is, why is this?

Also when Susan (the Bengal) is eating she scratches at the counter like she would her cat box or something??

HELP ME!

My cats both throw up a lot. We feed them Aldi's brand food and they throw up on occasion so we try a more expensive product like IAMS or one of the better ones and they throw up even more. I always keep their bowls filled with food and with water. Does anyone know why this would happen?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I am looking for another Great Dane for a companion for my Great Dane "Sarge". He is lonely cuz he's not exactly little anymore, and we work a lot now, and I would like for him to have a friend. I would prefer a Female, so he can get that hyperness he has out of him also...so if you live around or in alabama or Georiga or even the bottom of tennessee on the East side, let me know..can pay up to 200 or would like for Cheaper or free..thanks!

She is two and a half years old and one of her front teeth is cracked in half and almost completly split through the middle.I've read that they "shed" teeth How old are they when they do so, is this part of the process or could it have been a kick from another one of the horses? And could it affect the way she eats?
The cracked tooth does not seem to hurt her when she eats now, but could it later?

My dog seems to be very stressed lately. I have never failed doing daily walks and play but I notice that he is not doing his usual routine. He's not loosing weight. He does not look sick. But he seems to be very sad. Are there any home remedies to "destress" him? What do you think are the probable causes his stress?

I have dogs and cats. My oldest, a rotweiler named Zoe, has taken to regularly peeing on my carpet. Sadly my carpet was brand new a year ago and has been shampooed so many times. I have people coming over this weekend an will die of embarassment if they see my carpet in the state it is in now, not to mention the smell.

Do you know of a good shampoo? Should I rent a steamer or is just a shampooer okay? Should I concider lifting the carpet and mopping the pad underneith? Any tips would be much appreiciated. Thank you!

The reason I have a dog door is because I have two small dogs. I'm afriad that the dogs will influience the cat to go out.
I'm thinking about getting one of those high tech dog door with the collar to activate it, but I think that might be a bit expentive, and I haven't been able to fing any. What should I do?

This has happened about 3 times. Twice I was sleeping in bed and woke up as she was urinating right next to me. Last night I passed out on the sofa. I woke up this morning in a puddle of dog urine. This is absolutely disgusting and I have a 15 month old that I do not want around such germs or whatever. I love my dog, but she just can't get the hang of it. She also enjoys using one spot in my living room as her own personal bathroom. Any ideas as to why this is happening or how to make it stop? I greatly appreciate it. Thanks :)
