We don't want to let the cat out until it is spayed, but we do want it to be an outdoor cat? What is the minimum age for fixing a female cat?

I think he's really mad at me too. He is so sore when you pick him up, he cries and cries. It makes me feel awful! Will he forgive me? He just got the shot today, when should he feel better?

Examples: bites of chicken, steak, fish, etc..., dry cereal, carrots, basically anything except chocolate, grapes, and raisins. Is all of this OK?

We have a mix between an Austrialian Shepherd and a Poodle and there are quite a few brown spots and patches where he goes #1 on the lawn....is there any way we can restore this to its green color and how can we prevent it in the future?

my friend just gave me a quaker parrot and his feathers are all fluffy and funny looking and he keeps picking at them, but for the most part he seems really happy and is very talkative. I was just wondering if this is normal and how long it will last

I have an african cichilid. He literally has a hole in his head right inbetween his eyes and he won't eat anything. The hole showed up yesterday and it was pretty big. Today it seems to be closing up but now there are about 3 or 4 small pinholes in that same area. What's the deal? Why does my fish have a hole in his head, literally?

...because my quaker parrot was on my shoulder and I heard a slight "bang"....followed by a mild but putrid stench. Was that a fart?

My Jack Russell X is a superb little dog, very well behaved and extremely sociable. He's been toilet trained from the start and I've never had any problems with him in that department- but for some reason- the last 6mths or so when its raining/been raining he will only go to the toilet inside the house. This is obviously driving me crazy and with the days getting wetter as the year marches on I can only see this getting worse. He gets walked and has a dog flap so he has ample opportunity to "do his business" so to speak should he get caught short. The fact that "he just doesnt like going out when its raining or him getting wet" just doesnt seem right somehow as he is perfectly fine with water, baths, going to the beach etc- so I wonder if there could be some other underlining problem or cause that anyone could know of or suggest. Its harder at night when Im asleep or should I go out and its raining. I would be soooo greatful for your help!!! Thank-you all x

I have a 1 and 10 months year old Pomeranian/Llhasa Apsoa cross breed. While Missy was in heat about 2 months ago (on August 1st) I took her to a low-cost spay/neuter clinic and got her spayed. She recovered pretty well but now it seems that she is in heat again! There has been bloody discharge and she is acting the exact same way as she was 2 months ago. Can this actually happen if they have already taken the ovaries out of my dog? What should I do? I am calling the clinic first thing tomorrow morning to see if they know something but I appreciate any insider information that you all could share.
