Hi! I live in a town, in a house with a garden. I have to move to a capital city soon, in a flat. I'm thinking of bringing my 2 month old kitten with me. I'm worried because I'm not sure if she would get used to the new way of life. Here, at home, my cats spend most of their time outside.
I know the basic things about living with a cat in a flat (it rhymes :-)), like sand box and stuff, but could you give me some other advice on what should I pay attention to?
Thanks.

He is a very laid back English Setter type cross. He's full grown at 20inches at the shoulder and about 50lbs. He likes to sleep, play with other dogs, and get petted. He often rolls onto his back and closes his eyes - lazy boy!

Any suggestions?

She's a beagle, she's 10, she used to be a great companion, but now she only seems to care about food. She couldn't care less about playing, being petted, anything really. Just food, food, food. She's even figured out how to open doors to get to food in cabinets and in the trash. She's actually a bit overweight and we feed her plenty of dog food, so she's not starved and she's parasite free.

Okay I have been fighting the battle with fleas here for about a month. I vacuum constantly and bathe my dog almost daily. Yet he still gets more fleas. My 3 cats have also contracted fleas as well. My boyfriend and I want to take our pets to a professional and get them cleaned up and rid of fleas, and then bomb our house. Then I would like to start a flea medication for all my animals once they are rid of the fleas.
Do groomers give flea dips/baths? Do they work better than the meds they sell in stores?
I just want to use a groomer so I do not have to torcher my cats by bathing them the way I have been with my dog.
So do groomers do this type of work and about how much does it cost?

Hopefully it is something that is not gross I get really grossed out easily. How should I clean out their tank so they don't get to shocked when I put tham back? What is the best water temperature for goldfish and which are fish to keep in heated water?

How do I get a 4mo old cat to stop chewing on wires? Mostly small wires like head phones. He has a multitude of toys and teething objects, plus I've tried sprays etc. Will this grow out of him? And how do you scold a cat, yelling and spraying water don't seem to be perminete. Will smacking them help or do they even understand when I'm scolding them?

2 of our cats have gone missing lately. The only one we have left is their son, who seems to want to do nothing but sleep since his dad went missing yesterday. His mother went missing about 2 weeks ago, and he seemed okay, but now he's just depressed. What can I do to comfort him?

I bought two betta a few days ago. One is perfectly healthy and constantly active. The other is less active, but still moves around, and seems to eat less. It looks perfectly healthy, but this morning I noticed that a red growth is growing between its two front fins. I took it out of the tank just in case it has a desease, but I'm not sure what to do about it. I researched Betta diseases and it doesn't match anything.

I have a Betta fish and I introduced two cory catfish to the tank. things seemed smooth the Betta checked them out but there was no aggression however yesturday morning I could not find one of the cory's. I searched all the hiding spots and he is gone I can't find him anywhere I am baffeled did the betta eat the whole fish? is this possible? the cory's really aren't that small compaired to the Betta. I am no expert with fish but have been doing research online and I have found nothing about Betta devoring fish whole.

OK...I was walking Rory my beloved Great Dane on Saturday, when I noticed this attractive lady walking her pet Rotti. We started chatting and she ended up back at my place. One thing led to another and we were making out. Then her rotti (Ariel) started growling like crazy. Andrea (the girl) confessed that Ariel sleeps with her and has broken up many relationships. I confided in her about Amy and Rory and she was sympathetic. Now what? Is our relationship doomed already.

One of them did purr about 4 years ago but the other one never has. They are both 5 years old. Sometimes I can detect a slight vibration in the throat but no sound comes out.
