How do you remove dog poo stains with Household Products?

My dog just decided to have a poo on my daughters lovely pink carpet which is basically brand new. Does anyone know any tips to removing dog poo stains and odours with household products. Ive already used disinfectant.

try a bit OF DOMESTOS with a little washing powder/liquid directly on the stain and wipe with a damp cloth

While I don't know a good way to remove the stain, I can tell you that any household product will not completely remove the odor. While you may not be able to smell it, the dog will still be able to smell it.

Once you have the stain removed, I would suggest putting something like Nature's Miracle on the spot so that the dog will not be able to smell it. Just be sure to test it in in a non conspicuous area of the rug before applying it where the stain was.

Grab some color safe bleach. Most laundry stain removing products work great on FRESH stains. Otherwise, rent a Rug Doctor and use the carpet cleaning solution.

use a carpet cleaner there are some on the market specifically for dog poo, get a plug in deodoriser that will get rid of the smell and keep your daughters door shut to stop any repeat accidents

Vanish can remove anything except bolonase sauce - even ironed-in nail varnish.

try spot shot. but use it in a small inconspicuous area first to see if it fades the color. i've never had this problem, but it did lighten a friend's carpet.

vanish is the best but warm water should do the trick so dont rub to hard or it wil spread
