Some guinea pigs can be trained to urinate in a litter box and there are various methods for that. But they will never be trained to poop in any one area. All guinea pigs will just poop where they are at the moment. And that is something that they do a lot of.

To litter train a guine pig (again only works for urination):

If there is a spot they favor, place the litter box there.

When they urinate, place those wet shavings in the litter box. The scent of the urine will usually draw them to go there. (Again it depends on the pig and not all are trainable.)

To cut down on poop everwhere you can place a litter box under their hay rack and they will gladly go there as they munch.

I think they'll do it only if they want to. Piggies generally like to poo in a certain corner or whatever. If they don't naturally do this, I don't think there is anything you can do. Maybe try a different bedding or something.

We put a little litterbox in the corner of the cage, but that was because the piggies were already pooing in that corner. If yours don't go in one spot, a litterbox won't help.

You can't. They are not that smart.

Rabbits can be trained to do this because that is their natural instinct to do so.

Guinea pigs go everywhere that is just how they are.
