Alright, so my cat had a litter of kittens, they just turned eight weeks old and I have 6 of them.....they were all fine sat. afternoon, I went to the movies and came back and one was non active and really sleepy...he has continued to be the same way, will still eat but not playfully.....his actions are drasticly differant from the other kittens and I think my roommate may have did something to him on accident because she said they were all playing on the stairs and she chased them back up (they don't go downstairs unless with me).....I asked her if something happend and of course she pretended like she knew nothing.....he just sleeps all the time and does not move also looks like he's crying.....what do you think might of happened and if he's hurt on the inside rather it be broken bones or internal bleeding what can I do to help him?

I've got 2 baby betta fish and not sure how to determine the gender of both. I want to feed them good to make them healthy, but not fat. So it would be nice if anybody could suggest me good food for the babies... They are around 2 months old. Any other tips to take care of them is most appreciated. :-)

I got my dog from a rescue centre 6 years ago. She was a stray (from her behaviour, badly treated) and was about 5 years old. I was prepared for some problems but believed that I could help her to overcome them. However despite training classes, 'dog psychology' & lots of time, love & attention, she is still wetting and soiling in the house. She doesn't do it for a month or two at a time and then it starts again- every few days. It isn't because she is couped up- I am a stay at home mum (my little boy is 2- but no links between the problem and the baby), the back door is always open and more often than not the 'accidents' are near the open back door (she definitely does know where she SHOULD be going). She was checked for medical problems years ago but there was nothing wrong. I just don't know what to do. We love the dog but I am at my wits end. Rescue centre says she is unlikely to be able to be rehomed- but I don't think I can cope with the problems any more. What do I do?

i have seen other peoples animals do this from time to time, but she will sit down and watch animal planet for hours with me and my girlfriend, and her eyes do not move from the screen, sometimes when she sees an animal she likes she will run right up to the screen. To me this is very unusual behavior for a cat, she is already much more intelligent than the average cat, and shes still under 1 year old. does this seem unusual to anybody else and is it healthy for her?

I just adopted two dogs, they are terrier mix, they are very attached to each other and love to play with one another. One is a mix of a Jack Russel Terrier and the other a mix of a box terrier I believe. I took them out to a doggie park and the Box Terrier became very aggresive towards other dogs trying to fight them every chance he could and jumping to bite on them (aggressively), it was such a great park where you can have your dogs off the leash playing around and instead I had to keep him on a very short leash and pulling him back every time a dog came over to play. The Jack Russell was having a good time but I didn't get him off the leash for fear of how the other dog might react. The other thing that happened, is that when another dog would approach my two dogs would turn on each other and start to sort of fight each other (when they normally alwasy play with each other). Any suggestions?

She's just over a year old- Ausie/?? mix. Two or 3 days ago, I noticed that she had these red spot on her belly. I looked closer, and they were ZITS... WTF? Do I treat them like acne, like on my own face- scrub, put ointment on them.. I don't want her licking it off and getting sick, but I still want to get this taken care of.

I'm having a tough time training my 6 month old puppy to use the wee wee pads. He seems to pee and go #2 everywhere but the pads and I don't know how to get him to stop. I have him under constant supervision so that whenever we see him getting ready to go, we grab him and put him on the pad and then reward him, but if we don't do that he will just go anywhere. Any tips on how to make this easier for the both us? Also, I noticed that sometimes when he has to go (for both pee & #2) he stands on his hind legs and goes, is this normal? He also won't make eye contact when he is being held, are these serious problems that need to be addressed with a vet or just normal dog/puppy behavior?
