If you are going to keep it try feeding HBH Frog and Tadpole Bites which is a good pelleted food for tadpoles and aquatic frogs like Xenopus laevis. When it becomes a frog and more terrestrial just add a land portion of some sort and try starting it off on a diet of wingless fruit flies, which are available at most pet shops and specialty reptile stores.

just put the tadpole back---nature will take good care of it unless you hope it it will turn into a handsome prince for you as we were led to believe as kids.

Put him back in the wild. The odds of it surviving in captivity are slim.
