I have two dogs , usually the Shepherd cross is the barker , always watching out. But during a thunderstorm my lab goes crazy barking at the lightning and running all over the yard,I can't get him to stop. Any one else have this problem?

If you are renting a home and planning on paying a regular security deposit, a cleaning fee AND a pet deposit, what legit reasons can you think of that would make the pet deposit automatically non-refundable? With deposits aren't you basically insuring the quality of the house/condo/etc. for when you vacate the premises? If the home is perfect (other than mandatory and minor cleaning) when you move out what the heck is the justification for keeping the entire pet deposit and the cleaning deposit (especially if the pet deposit is over $500)?

My betta fish died. When i bought him he was the livliest of the bunch. Beautiful blue colour energetic. The next day he stopped eating, stopped swimming, only moved occasionaley. He had white stuff coming off him like fur and lost his colour quickley. I kept him warm with good food, light and a little plant for him to swim around. I used the water conditioner aswel. He died 3 days later and was lying on the bottom of the tank. I want him back..I dont want to kill my next one. what do i do????

I have a salter water tank already established. The only thing I had green slimy alage always growing on my crushed white coral sand....today I decided to remove all of the sandy coral and buy some new stuff....i read that white rocks reflect light and produces alage faster, should I buy black sand for the bottom of my tank this time? Anyone know the difference?

How do you keep all the cats in the house off of your bed at night? They are just plain stubborn, you kick them off and they just get right back up. I hardly sleep at night because all the freakin' cats are on top of me and I can't take it anymore. Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

My dog is a Sheltie and is usually very hyper except for at night. My mom takes her on walks and I always play with her but it's never enough. We also have a fenced in yard that she goes out into and when she sees a car she barks a lot unless she's busy doing "buisness" she goes mentally insane if someone leaves too. We can barly get out of the door because of her! Help please, but also we have tried barking collars and they don't help we do not want to hire someone to help with her.

We have a litter of 6 kittens at our house. The other day I was eating a tuna sandwich and some of the oil ran into my lap. One thing led to another and i ended up having 6 kittens giving me rimjob and head..needless to say it was AMAAZING!! But it is interfering with my personal life and as a devout christian, I cannot keep sinning like this. Where can I take them to find a good home? I don't want anyone to abuse my kittens or throw them out.

well my poor baby turtle is sick. i have two, Mango and Orange, and Mango seems to have all the issues. I've researched for about 3 days now, and i've found some useful info, but its not what i was looking for exactly.

Issues:
1) after changing the water, water seems to get clear-ish yellow-brownish after 2 minutes. It so happened that one of the babys had diarrhea. [this problem has gotten better after i've constantly changed the water and kept the water exceptionally warm. but is there anything else i should be doing to prevent it and make the issue be gone for good?]
2) is he hiccuping or is he constantly sneezing? i think he's stopped, but occasionally, he would do it again
