Yes get its nads chopped off. But before you do so, don't make the mistake that we did - get the vet to check it isn't haemophiliac (more common than you might think in in-bred dogs). This will save you months of grossness and $$$$$$ vet fees.

well you could watch The Dog Whisperer and just study his tecniques! it comes on the National Geo Channel! or if you dont have it then once you see that he becomes excited just make a noise to get his attention then he will learn that that noise is bad! you have to be in a calm state of mind because dogs can sence if you are nervous and if you are nervous then they will take advantage of you!

Are they both boys? It's a dominance thing not a sexual thing. Getting them neutered with help cut down on the dominace issues. Make sure you are giving them equal attention also.

-Getting a lil water spray bottle and when he does it you can spray em, its not such a harsh punishment and could work potentially well or...
One swift kick to the testicles should take care of the problem
If hes not nudered than get em nudered that should rectify the problem, however the former could potentially work as well.

if its not neutered yet... the best thing to do is to get it neutered - if it has already been neutered... it's just showing dominance to the other dog... all part of dog behavior.. you can tell him NO! and ..you can try to distract him when he does this... with a toy etc..
