i want to adopt a yorkie, but they cost so much. so i would like to know some places in IL where i can adopt and they are under 4 or $300. i've tried petfinder. org, but no luck, so i need help!

She's seemed very needy latey, nothing major has changed in the house hold. I'm not sure if this has to do with any of it, but she has a lot of flee bties, and an open wound from scratching from the flees, which we've been trying to get rid of. We gabe her the flee drops, that go in the middle of her shoulders.. and then we put on a flee collar a week later.. But where ever we have put flee stuff, she's pinkish in those places? So is she allergic the the flee killer? She is also a year old right now, and long haired.. I don't knwo if that makes a difference or not.. But if you have any tips/ suggestions or experience with you cat, It would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks

I need to take him to the vet but don't have a lot of money and the vet isn't willing on a payment plan. So I want to know how much was the average cost of taking him. I will have to get a loan or something.

We have had Toby for about 48 hours now and he has only ate one bowl of dog food. We have tried 3 different types of og food, 2 dry and 1 wet. He just looks at it and wals away. Toby is still somewhat active and goes for walks. he sleeps a lot but he plays hard when he is awake.

The people who had him first I don't think they really took all that good care of him. People that we have talked to about him said that when he was with the other family he didn't walk around much and didn't look to good. One of them said that he is a whole new dog now that we have him but I still don't understand why he won't eat.

Does anyone have this kinda dog? If so can you tell me what all I need to know to help me raise this dog. We love him to death and would not want anything to happen to him. So please give me a few heads up.

our foster dog will sit quietly with my mother(older woman) and then later she will bark growl and attempt to jump on her. She is a mix beagle/rat terrier who was originally a stray. We would like to keep her but we can not if there is nothing we can do. She is about 14 months old approximately. She has never even when we first saw her in the shelter had any of these behaviours to me or my kids.
any suggestions?

I feed Wellness now and have for the past 2 years, but at the pet store yesterday I was told that it isn't baked anymore and was extruded like all the other dog foods. Does anyone feed a raw diet? I work too much to feed a complete raw diet but the EVO seemed like a good choice. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Bonkers said he would not do anything with it, but if I did not then obviously I did not trust him as a friend, and he added "You would just think of me as your dumb animal." That hurt folks. I just have the sneaky suspicion that he IS going to do something with it, because I have seen the kind of crowd he hangs out with on the weekends. Beleive me, they are more than just poo flingers.

My hubby is a mailman and he has to worry about stupid little crap dogs attacking him, is there anything he can do to avoid being attaked? He has pepper spray but people freak on him if he threatens to do anything to their precious monsters. I know with other animals if you seem big and show your teeth they will back off. Any ideas?

In most places, you get fined if your dog is running loose, yet many people just let their cats wander willy nilly, and think it's just fine. There certainly are no statues against it. Yet, most vets say that keeping your cat indoors is best. So, why is it okay to let your cat out and not your dog? And why would you want to?

hi, I have 2 happy male beta fish in a divider tank witch is a tank with a divider down the middle of the tank and one of my fish keeps on jumping from one side of the tank to the other side just to fight with the other male fish. I know that beta fish are suposed to jump, but he's done this numerouse times. I bought a girl fish to put with him so mabey he would stop, but he did it anyway. I just can't find the answer on the enternet. anwhere. please help me with your opinion.
