I know this isn't a very great question. It's more of me asking people here to not respond to serious questions unless they have a good enough, factual knowledge on the subject. For instance, if someone has a sick bird or a baby bird that needs to be handfed, do not respond unless you know for sure that what you say is correct. PS: I am a rehabber and bird breeder and just have seen so many false answers and simply do not want any birds harmed. It's great you're trying to help, though. Also, google is a good place to go to for answers to serious questions about your bird(s) instead of here.

Out of no where sometimes my dog seems like shes having a asthma attack. It last from like 1-3 minutes, does she have asthma and what causes it? :( And should i get her checked out by the doctor??

And also she often throws up and its this yellow slimy mucus type of liquid. Anyone know what that is? :(

We gave our dog (who is almost one now) a rolled rawhide bone and his mouth started bleeding. He seemed to be enjoying the bone and did not want to stop chewing it. We took it away even though he didn't seem to be in pain.

I think my dog has allergies becuase every spring and summer he scratches and itches himself so bad that by the end of summer he has scabs all over. I feel bad and i just want him to stop.

My cat has started this weird habit. He pulls his butt across the floor, leaving skidmarks. He does it now and then, not a lot, so I don't think it's a medical problem, I think he's just cleaning his butt. My question is, how common is this? I've heard of a lot of crazy things that cats do, what is the weirdest or most suprising you know of? Can you top a Kitty Skidmark?

One other thing he used to do as a kitten was suckle on my arm, which was a weird sensation. Luckily he grew out of that.

My husband and I are house sitting. We found some little baby bunnies about 5" in length. We found one alive, and one not so lucky in the garage. Also outside by the front door we found one dead and a stubborn one who is hopping around the house. My cats finds it very amusing. I put some water and vegetables out, but could it survive?

What is a good shampoo to use on dogs and cats? I don't want to use a flea shampoo, just a plain shampoo to bath them. They have mange mites, but I am treating them with ivermectin and I don't like using the sulfur dip or flea shampoos. So, I just need a good shampoo that I can bath frequently, as the flea shampoos are too toxic on them.

wow yesterday was crazy..i have 4 dogs of my own, and im fostering 3 SPCA dogs...one of which was heavily pregnant when she was found abandoned in an empty house's backyard. her family (if you could call the B@stards that, moved and left her there), Bonnie is her name and yesterday she had 8 little ones!
she is a Golden Retriever..*absolutely purebred!*, the pups look like they might be half hound. (coon hound maybe or fox hound) there really sweet...golden cury hair and floppy ears. anyways...im at a LOSS as to what i should name them. they go in to the SPCA for thier check up on Monday and with all the other dogs running around needing processing it just makes it easier if i already have names, (or they give them numbers, and i HATE THAT!)
okay we have 6 boys, and 2 girls.
so...any ideas??

My betta fish has been so healthy for the last 7 months. I cleaned his bowl yesterday and nuteralized the water as always and now he won't leave the bottom of his bowl . His fins are limp. I have had a mirror next to his home for months and he loves it. He can't seem to get enough of himself. Do you think he is sick or depressed. I lost my last betta to a tumor and just don't want to lose this one.
