My friend's dog is sick and they don't have alot of money to work with and their dog really needs help. Please, if you have any info, let me know. I don't mean free spay/neuter clinics, I mean like...clinics for sick animals, by the way. Thank you for any help.

Sometimes, a veterinary college will treat dogs for a reduced fee. Veterinary students will be working on the dog, but their work is checked by the instructor.
Check with the local Humane Society or other dog rescue organizations. Oftentimes, they know of vets that will charge less than others.
Tell your friend to shop around and call all the vets in the area. Not all vets charge the same, and sometimes you can find one that charges a lot less then average. It usually only costs about $30-40 to get a dog seen by the vet, and tests or treatment is extra. The vet may be able to work out a payment plan.
There is also a line of credit called "Care Credit" that you can apply for at the vet's office. It works like a credit card, but you can only use if for vet expenses.
Hope this helps!

I have never heard of such a thing. Most vets that I know of are very greedy and hungry for money and doubt that any would do anything for free.

i doubt it.Nothing is free.If your animal is sick and they find out
you can be charged with neglect so when you do phone if the animal doesn't get better be prepared to sign your animal over to them even then you still may be charged but not if you hand it over before the pet gets much sicker.
