Sure, but are you really sure it's a boy? My grandma has a grey kitty named Gracie, and I once helped a little girl adopt one, and suggest she call it, the same name.
For a girl, it could be Cote, Pauley, Alexia, Amber, Cindy, Billy, Ashley, Ziva, April, June, Electra
But if it's a boy: Alexander, Sean, John, Carl, Mr. Cat, Mr. Grey,
Mark, Johnny, Jonathan, Mark, Ben, Billy, James, Caesar, Clark,
Connor, Brian, William, Frank, Han, Martin, Harry. I could suggest several more. But whatever name you choose, I suggest you give the cat, a middle name. I gave mine one.

this is dumb I guess, but last year on my birthday, I got a sweet little grey furball that we named Mouse. She has a white tummy and paws, and she's adorable.
I always did like Smoky, though.
