I have a yorkipoo dog, The mother and father of my dog just had their 2nd litter. I know that I couldn't breed her with a brother from her same litter. Can I breed her with one of the males from the second litter?

no, you should never inbreed. Pups from the same set of parents are basically still brother and sister.

Yes you can. But you need to let all the pups mature, then pick the very best sized, best tempered and best healthy pup.
You cannot do that kind of breeding a third time. you must "outcross" the bloodline with an unrelated dog and the pup resulting from the litter of son-mother sired dogs. ok?
I dont have a clue how YOURS will turn out because you are not breeding TRUE bloods, you have a hybrid, there will definitely not be any stable results from this breeding for six generations of breeding back to one specific breed.

No. The bond is to close. Now, you can breed a female back with the father, but not a male with its mother. With the first part of the answer, on breeding female to father, what you would get is a smaller dog, this is how they get Tea Cup Poodles. You wouldn't be able to breed that dog with any other in that family.

No way! They will have the exact same gene pool as your pup. You should have four generations unrelated. And that would be the same generation, just a different litter.

It is still her brother. But sence you are breeding Yorkie Poo's who cares what you do... And when the offspring is retarded and ends up in the dog pound... They have you to thank..

um, no, the second litter is still her "sons" and "daughters". Frankly, you shouldn't be breeding unless you are certified with the AKC.
