my little brother has a russion tortoise, its been refusing to eat what we give him for the past three days, we give him mustard greens, cale, and turtle kibble or whatever. ok can you guys help me out with what they like to eat and what the definately cant have, im talkin fruit and veggie wise coz i know about the weeds and grasses he can have. also do they hibernate, for how long, and when do they usually start? thanks alot i will chose a best answer as long as you dont give me a link to any stupid site.

It's the Super Duper Doggy Pooper Scooper. It has electric start, 300 horsepower, and runs on plutonium.
Only problem is, sometimes it sucks up wild animals and small children, but I'm working on that.

The kitten is very small, hasnt opened its eyes yet. it doesnt have a mother.

It drinks milk in very small quantities, but is active when awake.

My kitten sleeps a lot, is playfull, but when it sleeps it sleeps a lot. I have placed it in a mini bed i made for it with soft fabric and placed a teddy in it, to play with. Is the kittys sleepin for long hours normal ?

Next to having her knocked out, does anyone have any ideas on how I can trim my dog's toenails without her trying to kill me? She just see's the clippers and goes nuts. I've never hurt her and the groomer hasn't either.

I have a male maltese mixed, 1 1/2 years old at home and recently adopted a new dog, a 3 years old male shih tzu. The problem is, the shih tzu basically does not get along with all dogs, not just my current maltese mixed. He'll growl whenever a dog comes near him and even attempt to attack and bite other dogs. Since he is a rescued dog, I do not have any information of his past. He marks very often though I've tried to correct him many times.

How do teach him to be calmed and submissive when he's around with other dogs?

I know this isn't from a pet or maybe somebody has one of these, anyway, I was walking along the beach and came upon this. I'm guessing it's an egg sac for something. It is roughly 8"X4"X1"" in size. What "something" did it come from?

I'm using coconut shavings for the substrate with 2 inches of sand under that to hold moisture. Cactus is something I would rather avoid. Her tank is At least 35 gallons. At this point, she has some ornimants that I would like to replace.

Last night I have just notice that my 6 monthed old golden retreiver mixed w/ samoyed has been shaking and moving her mouth like she was chewing while they are closed and sticking out a little bit of her tougue in her sleep and I've woken her up and it stopped, but when she goes back to sleep it continues, and I've never seen her did this before and I really am worried something could be wrong with her,and she was my first real dog and if somthing happened to her i would be awfully sad,and if you have any advice or know anything just please tell me, i would really appreciate it.

Every time im sleeping . she barks.
when i dont throw her toy she gts mad and barks.
When her toy is right infront of her! she barks at me like she wants me to get it.
Shes so lazy! its right there and she stares at it then looks at me and satrts barkin!

I just bought a cornsnake yesterday behind my dads back, and hes somewat mad that i did buy it and now he doesnt want it inside the house because we own dog my parents dont want me to have anymore pets after him specially since its a snake. I mean its no suprise to them that i would do something like buying a snake because i LOVE animals.- I live in Fla. and i have it at the screened porch inside its Glass 20 gal tank, its under the shade. I mean im saving up to move out but i dont think i have enough money yet. The point is im scarred, scarred for the winter when the tem drops to 30 deg. What do I do to convice my dad to bring in my baby corn in.
