it was born about 4 hours ago...maybe a little less...

My cat has been running away. Well, only twice though. And, he really isn't running away.
It's really hot in our house since we only have fans and not AC so then my mom would open the door and would leave only the screen door closed. Sometimes my kitten would open the door with his paw (it's very cute =P) and then run outside. But he doesn't really run away. He would run in the backyard and sniff around or sleep under a tree.
But I'm very worried that he will run away again and maybe become more intrested of the outside and perhaps run away forever and jump over our fence. Our nieghboors also let their cats run outside whereever they want so i'm worried that when Sammy (our kitten) is outside, our neighboors cats will be outside too and Sammymight want to follow them and maybe run away.

Sammy has been doing this twice but I'm worried that he'll do it more and soon maybe even run away. So what should I do? We have to keep the screen door but Sammy would open it...will add more dt

He was fine a couple of hours ago. I noticed about half an hour ago his head is slightly tilted to left but it doesn't seem like he has any dizziness. It's about 2 o'clock in the morning in my country and I'm home alone without a car so I cannot take him to a vet at the moment so a quick answer will help a lot. Thank you very much. By the way he is a Yorkshire terrier and 13 years old.

we've had my rescued springer for 2 weeks since then she has had diarrhoea, around 4 times a day. shes been to the vets, they gave her some prebiotics and some chicken and rice food they sell. shes been on that a week now and shes still no better. shes also for the last week been on worming powders (for lung worm apparantly) which i dont think are helping the diarrhoea but the vet said to keep taking them. has anyone any ideas. i dont know if i should stick with the food the vets gave me at £1.20 a tin and hope it starts to clear up after the wormers have finished (tommorow). Can anyone reccommend a particular brand or diet which will help, ive heard that a completly dry food diet can help. she seems her usual self wants to go out but the vets have said she need to rest. she's also very skinny. any ideas please?

I have a small cat who just miscarried two precious babies.....was so sad. Is it better for her state of mind (so to speak) to have a successful litter before getting spayed? OR, would it be easier on her just to get her spayed now.....and if so how soon after the miscarriage should we do this. Thanks!

My 5 year-old spayed female heeler hangs out a lot with my boyfriend's 4 year-old fixed weimariner. They're fine with each other if they're running around playing, but if they're inside and he passes too close to her she'll snap at him. He's pretty dopey and clueless and doesn't seem to notice her snarls and growls as warnings, and thus gets bitten fairly often, which makes him yelp and jump away. Will she ever get used to him and stop this behavior? And extra question: is this really a bad thing and should I definitely try really hard to stop it, or just let them work it out on their own? He's not getting injured or anything.

please try to answer as many as possble. thx!
a) i've have my kitten for about a day. i've been feeding it meow mix, but it won't eat unless i put a few on the floor at a time. it drinks little water. will he eventually eat from the bowl by himself?
b) my kitten loves to play. i have this toy w/ a feather, and you swing it by him and he tries catching it. But when you try to pet him or wave your hand by him, most of the time he would try to catch your hand with his CLAWS, not paws. & i don't know what would happen if he got a hold of your hand and you didn't turn away. how can i make him stop? should i get the softpaws thing?
c) when i put on the softpaws thing, how do i get it calm enough to let me put them on?
d) my cat never purrs or meows or makes any noise. should i be concerned?
e) my cat also "hunts". if he looks at something for a while, he'll attack it. i heard some cats do that. will he ever grow out of it?

My cat, Kicha, is 3 years old. She loves us and she loves people. Whenever we go on vacation, we leave her alone with a bag of food with the front ripped off so she has plenty to eat. Someone also checks up on Kicha. However, can we get another cat for her? How old should he be? Should he be a he or a she?

I am having water problems with my pets. First why does my cat only drink from the sink? She is an old cat and never could i get her to drink out of a bowl of water and i don't know if i put one out if she will drink it if i am gone (like on a trip) or if she will just sit there patiently waiting for someone to turn on the faucet for her.

And secondly i have my horse only wants to drink from from the other horses water container next to her. The owner of this horse gets mad because they have to fill it up like 3 times a day with both horses driking out of it...but...if we move it away, my horse gets mad and poutty, then she won't even touch her own water untill we move the other one back so that she can reach it.

Can somebody please help me with these crazy pet delemmas?

I have a 4 month old turkey and I'm not sure if its a tom or a hen. It has put on the typical turkey display and strutted around one time, but it has never "gobbled". Is it too soon to figure it out?
