Well try making him walk if he is stumbling around he has a concusion. it will take a few weeks to get better but he will. His eyesight might be off also, you might see him squinting. I had a kitten also that dropped from about 5 feet high. that also landed on his head. he didn't really walk for about a week. he just needs time, but if it continues then take him to the vet.

3 feet isn't a long fall even for a 10 week old kitten, but it sounds like he landed wrong and got hurt. Take him to a vet and get him checked.

Just take her to the vet she may be like my dog she had a strained muscle and the vet put a splint and it healed

Your cat needs to see the vet immediately, it sounds like he has a brain or spinal cord injury.
