Cats are great pets. You don't have to have much responsibilty for a house cat. Just feed her/him and get a litterbox that you recycle after one use. Some people like dogs because they are very energetic. Some people like fish because they are super easy to take care of. But I

i used to love cats so much, but the older i got the less appealing they are. i've had a few run-ins with bad ones. i've had a very mean kitten that wouldn't let you sleep. had to get rid of him. now, my normally reclusive cat can't keep himself away from people. he did a major personality change. he is beyond clingy. he drools so bad and he kneads the crap out of you leg.
cats are great pets for those who have the patience and love for them. i'm just not a cat person anymore. sigh.....

I didn't use to but my cat in the last week tore up my carpet, broke my mirror and scratched and ripped my new $2,000 bed I got rid of her today now I understand why people hate cats

i dont hate them , but i dont like them.
It is easy, because they run loose and pee and poop all over my front yard. The smell is very bad.
Most people who own cats let them run loose to mess up other people's yard and trash, etc.
Pets are fine as long as they dont screw up other people"s life.
I got 7 dogs and 2 chickens as pets, but they are never allow to brother other people.

I love them. I love them BBQ'd, baked, fried, as steaks, or thinly sliced on sandwiches. They taste just like chicken! YUM YUM. So many cats, so few recipes. Betty Crocker---how about CAT HELPER ?

I don't hate cats, I just preffer not to be around them. I can understand why you like them, but I'm just someone who doesn't likes pets.
