Any cool ideas? I could use some interesting stuff. Even if its painting-ish as long as its cool and different it will do!

I am dreading even thinking about having to paint my bathroom. I have to wash the walls. Make up a mixture to cover the nail holes, let it dry, and smooth it over. Then paint. My bathroom is small. Lots of little nooks and crannies to paint. I also have to get painting tape and cover certain areas I don't want to paint.
UGH!!!!. HELLLLLLP ME!

I need a new kitchen table with more room, do these counter height ones really have enough room to fit 8 or is it better to go with the bigger rectangle. for the most, I just want 6 chairs so either is fine. I just like the counter ones, but are they practical. I do have three small kids too!!

My china tea set has a pitcher, creamer &sugar, 6 cups & saucers.
I don't know how to arrange it on a shelf for the best display. I want to show it off as a decorating piece in my kitchen instead of keeping it in a cupboard.
Anyone have any ideas?

When need to repaint my daugther's room, but first I need to remove the flowered wall stickers we put up. These are the ones you find in craft stores and places like Lowes or Walmart and are made specifically to go on the wall with a bit of warm water. I am wondering if there is any simpler way to get them off other then to just scrape and peel.

What is the best way to remove wallpaper? This has been up for 20 + years and rather outdated. Someone once told be about Fabric Softner and water mixture -- can someone tell me more.

I heard you can use vaseline where you have carved out your picture on a pumpkin to keep it from drying out. Is it still safe to light a candle in the pumpkin with vaseline on there?

Ok, I did something stupid. When we started painting the outside of our house about a month ago, I taped off the around my windows, (I taped on the glass). Now the tape has become part of the window!! If I scrape and scrape and scrape with a razor blade, it comes off but in really small pieces. Anybody know of an easier way to get it off?

I have bought a lovely 3 piece suite in leather, dead comfy electric recliners , the lot, BUT I bought it while still renovating my house and now I have moved in (I have cardboard carpets at the mo!) I cant find a color of carpet that will go with it. I have had laminate floors laid upstairs and tiles in hall and kitchen but one of my dogs has arthritis and even though I know the best option would be more laminate she is having a few problems coping with the tiled kitchen when getting up. She is only 7 so has loadsa time left with me and I love her to bits and dont want her to fall in the living room. The colour of suite is TAN, the only way I can describe the colour is to compare it to a leather school satchel-the kind that you carried on your back (thats showing my age!) I will be grateful for any SERIOUS suggestions as Im getting a bit fed up traipsing around carpet shops-seeing one that I think will match only to find that the sample doesnt look right when I get home! HELP

I have a solid wooden desk. Just freshly repainted it completely white. The top Use to have glass so now it indents down somewhat. I would like to decorate the top before replacing the glass..either decoupage or paint art so it can be seen when looking down at the desk and then the glass place ontop of it.

Do you have any unique ideas to decorate the top of the desk?

I have a 700 square-foot two story wood-frame house with a basement. (700ft per floor) I want to rearrange the internal layout of the 1st and 2nd floor. If load-bearing walls are preventing me from doing this, is it usually possible to somehow (with an architect and professional contractor) to work around the load-bearing walls or somehow change them? I just want to know what I'm getting into.
