big pieces of paint are sticking to the roller on the ceiling and pulling off the primer as well. What can I do to repair the bubbling paint?

-the kind that are like a pin you just stick in the wallboard, and the wallboard itself actually holds the weight behind the wall--they were advertised on t.v. a while back

The wallpaper is paer backed vynyl which came off easily as did the old paper backing with the steamer,hower there is so much leftover paste it looks like a messy job.I would like to know the best and easiest way to do it.

My corian countertops are in good condition but I don't like the color. I can't afford to replace them so I was wondering about painting them a different color. I have read about "Miracle Method" of refinishing corian but don't know if it is a good thing to do or is it better to leave them as is.
