My corian countertops are in good condition but I don't like the color. I can't afford to replace them so I was wondering about painting them a different color. I have read about "Miracle Method" of refinishing corian but don't know if it is a good thing to do or is it better to leave them as is.

Kind of defeats the purpose of the Corian's expense. Leave them alone, they'll look worse after paint wears with everyday cooking.

1. The only way to bring the value UP is to replace them.
2. You can't paint them.
3. You could possibly STAIN them, but why bother....
4. You could leave them that way...a potential owner might just want to put in the countertops they like anyway. You could offer a potential buyer an allowance to replace them on their own.

You would need someone to do it for you who has the equipment to install a new coat on your top. If you paint it I think it will flake off and maybe damage the top. especially if you later decide to remove the paint.I would go to Lowes or HOme Depot " they have different classes for refinish stuff and could probly send you in the right direction. or find osmeone to help u in an inexpensive way.
