This is a Mensa question. The correct answer should have been another question. For instance; does the house have a roof? I have never seen a rectangular igloo! Just kidding it has got to be at the North pole of any planet. It just shows you how many people read the question. The bear is a polar bear and the skin is black, whilst the fur is white, why?

This is an old question.The house would be on the North Pole and the bear would be white. Assuming that there is any land or ice at the North Pole now. Being on the North Pole all side of the house would be facing South
