Army Wallpaper For Bedroom

Why don't you let the kids paint their own camouflage? You can get the camo paint in the sporting goods section of walmart. Paint it all the lighter basic color. the they can make irregular slotches of the darker colors, Or they can paint poster board the camo colors and tack up, then as they outgrow it it can be taken down. I have a playroom for the kids in a spare bedroom and I have painted one wall with magnetic paint and another with black board paint. The kids really love it because they can do their art work directly on the wall and it won't hurt it. and they can stick all kinds of magnets on the other. Walmart also has these paints. If you still want wall paper and can't find it, you can get some camo sheets and tack into place. Or the sporting goods dept at WAlmart has camo nettiing that could be hung.

i assume u have called the local wallpaper people, my husband says to go back and get some manufacturer names and call them direct, they might have some stuff lying around. i really dont think u will find any and neither does he,but heres what i think u should do. painting it yourself and making a party of it with ur son is a good and excellant idea, but getting the netting is a better idea. first off the chances of ur son outgrowing this wallpaper/paint job is probably a good bet, the ? is when, also there's the project of repainting it or painting over the wallpaper if u move or when he outgrows it. it will b a major project because those colors wont take just one coat of white paint to get rid of the color, where as if u use the netting, wala u just take it down and its gone,u might even b able to resell it and get some money back. good luck in whatever u decide

I'd really think long and hard about such a radical approach as 'camo wallpaper'when an army surplus store sells great 'hide screen nets'. The netting can look pretty good and it won't detract on the home value if the time comes to sell, just simply run line along the top corners of the wall/ceiling and hang it from that.

Why would you want to put camouflage paper on a wall? , is it that you cannot see your wee one!!!!. Maybe your house is a war-zone. Paint on your own zig-zigs and blobs and get your child to help you out , great for family fun and cheap as hell to do. You too can get messy , go on , have a go!!.

Paint the whole room green and add the browns etc yourself.

You do the top and let the kid do the bottom with help.

You'll all get some fun out of that at little expense

I went into the wallpaper shop and told the man there "I can't see the camouflage wallpaper".

"Yes", he said. "Good, isn't it?"

go to army supply or thrift store and pick up old camo canvas tarps.. if you paint walls a base green color and cover with the tarps the effect is much better and you will have saved yourself time and money later when you want a change :). plus adding pictures and mementos to the tarps save your walls :) CANVAS only
