In my apartment I have old tile that is stained would it be better to buy the pop wood tiles or sheet tile???

Are you refering to linoleum flooring? You can replace with either. Your prefference. Both have similar costs. The wood laminate flooring can be installed by almost anyone, whereas sheet vinyl/linoleum should be installed by a proffessional. Good luck.
