I've had two Hoover bagless uprights and I'm tired of fixing my recent one. I have pets and need to be able to clean up cat litter. Do you recommend your vaccum cleaner? Are bagged ones more powerful? What about canister vacs? I have NO knowledge on this so any info would be appreciated!

I clean it regularly of course, but I still have this yellow grease .. stain, for a lack of a better word. It is on the front of my stove and no matter how hard I scrub it doesn't come off. I rent an apt and don't want to use anything that will scratch the surface b/c the stove isn't mine, but this grease stain just will not come off.

The most common thing I've seen on the web has been vinegar. Has anyone heard of this? Does it work? Does anyone have any other ideas? I really want to get it clean, it looks awful!!!!

She washed them on a 40, but they just aren't fitting back on the sofas, nor are the cushions. I suggested leaving them off (coz it looks quite good, still) then getting some throws but she thinks it will look trampy??!!
Help us please!!

I'd like to wash some vertical blinds made of fabric. I'm assuming that taking them down and tossing them into the washer, on the delicate cycle, will work fine. At the bottom of each blind there's a rectangular weight sewn into the blind and can't be removed. I'm assuming it won't rust after the fact. :)

Any suggestions or thing I should be wary of? Thanks.
