Is it safe to use vinegar and water on pergo wood floors? I was told to use it to give the floor a good shine.

Yes. It's safe. I use it all the time at my home and at clients' homes. Vinegar won't harm anything.... About the only thing is will really help keep away is your dog from chewing his leash.....

Seriously... Vinegar is great for cutting thru grease, grime and dirt. And it really won't harm your floors. I promise.

they make a cleaner /polisher you add to water for your type
of floor .(home depot in there flooring dept.) i use it on mine.
i would not like the smell of vinger through the house ,save it
for your salad.
