it is a hotpoint washer. it is twelve years old and I don't want to spend any money on it. If anyone knows how much it holds and where to put it in I would appreciate it.

Is there a such thing as a washer machine that can be hooked up to the kitchen faucet like a portable dishwasher?I moved a few days ago into an apartment complex with no washer and dryer hookups and it really sucks. The machines(the ones that work)are always left with clothes in them and I have to wait till the next day to do my laundry. There has to be a better way,can someone help me out with this?

On average, if you have a larger family, how many loads of laundry do you do? Either per day or per week depending on when you do it. I guess I need to also know how many children you have.

We have a house that is a little over 2,000 sq. ft., but we are converting to mostly hard floors. Only 2 of the 4 bedrooms will be carpeted. We will still have area rugs and we do have pets. I would love to have an easy-to-use hose feature, and good suction. Any ideas?

I had it sitting on the table, and it got knocked into my candle, and now there are wax streaks all down the front. I think it's vinyl, but I'm not sure. I tried blow drying, but it just made it worse. Any ideas?...this bag was quite expensive and I really don't want it to be ruined!

We removed the "bulkhead" from above our cupboards (kitchen) and now there's a dark ring around where the bulkhead met up with the ceiling. How do I get rid of the ring without damaging the texture?

I recently just purchased a Kirby vacuum cleaner & carpet shampooer; the salesman said that it was perfectly ok to clean the couch with the Kirby shampoo (it's really just a light foam) I just wanted to know if anyone has any personal experiances they can share...
