My broiler pan is super greasy with baked on grease and cheese. I never know how to clean it easily-- it doesn't fit well in the sink and when I use a sponge on it the sponge gets stuck in the holes in the pan. Is there a homemade solution I can spray on it that will help clean it easily?

I recently moved into a new place, and the water looks and tastes ok, but there is a slight odor I really don't like. I've noticed it from water in the bathroom and kitchen. No one else picks up on it, but it really bothers me and I don't like the smell. I've never had this problem before in previous homes. Is the odor a sign the water is probably not clean? Thanks.

I've seen granite and marble countertop cleaner...what can happen to them if you dont use the special cleaner? Is this just another scam to get you to buy some special cleaner when normal rag and water/soap will work just fine?

I recently charred 2 bags of popcorn in succession in my microwave. A bonehead move, I know. I've cleaned out the microwave, but now any time I run the microwave the smell of burnt popcorn fills the kitchen.

Is there anything I can do to remove the smell?

I change clothes two or three times a day...and she always puts all the clothes in the dirty clothes bing. I keep them neatly hung up in my closet and in the a.m. they are gone and in the wash.
I also she is wearing the life out of most of clothes and washing them in too hot of water..like Jeans and sweatshirts . This shrinks them...well, she is obsessed with laundry!

I have extremely hard water- full of minerals and calcium. We actually have to replace all our faucets about every 12 to 18 months. because the faucets just rot away!! How can I whiten my whites- not just whites with colors on them, but even solid white clothing. Even with chlorine bleach after 2 to 3 washes, everything looks dingy- grayish, yellowed sort of color!! And of course the clothes you cannot use Clorox on look even worse!! I have tried Oxyclean, Clorox 2, etc, even old fashioned bluing on the solid whites, but nothing helps!! Sure hope someone can help me! P.S. My daughter is a Surgical Tech, and wears a lot of white, obviously she needs to look clean and bright, new uniforms are too expensive to have to replace every time you turn around!! HELP!!
