If you have a water seal leak in your car, pick up some Damp-rid packets and put them under your seat. That helps to keep the moisture out.

If you like the various air fresheners for vehicles, you can put that in your car.

are you sure you arent missing a seal somewhere and that it is not actually a moldy smell you are smelling? i had this issue with one of my cars never had issues til it rained really bad and the next thing i knew i had a backseat full of mould. if this isnt the case then try febreze auto spray, maybe you could also get your car interior shampooed.
