When you wash it, use a cup of ammonia in a gallon of hot water. Ammonia is a natural degreaser and when it dries will make everything smell nice and fresh.

I second the Simple Green solution...
They sell it at Walmart in the automotive section by the gallon. Works very well on oily floors.
Make sure you mop again with clear water after using it because it tends to make linoleum slightly tacky. Rinsing the floor takes care of that.

a good de-greaser should help you clean your floor this time, like orange clean, or even dawn dish detergent. Next time this happens, sop up as much oil as you can with paper towels , or sprinkle baking soda on it to absorb the oil, then mop... otherwise you are just spreading the oil around, making everything greasy

Use Dawn dish soap. It is great with grease. Don't be afraid to use a ton of soap and water and a bunch of towels to wipe it up! Good Luck! =0)
