The stomach uses acids to digest food. Acid is used in the fabric business to permanently adhere dyes to cloth. So, It may not come out unless you wash it immediately. The longer it is on the clothes, the less chance you have to remove the stains.
Rinse by hand as much as you can. Then put some liquid laundry detergent directly on the stains, work it in, and let it stand for an hour or two. Then wash it but don't dry it. Check to see if it all came out. If not, repeat.
If you wash it and it does not come out, do not dry it with heat. The heat will also set the stains permanently.
This will work on some stains:
Boil a quart of water in a STAINLESS steel pot or a glass pot. DO NOT use aluminum pot for this!
Remove the pot from heat burner completely. If you don't you will have a bubbling geiser of foam.
Stir in 1/4 cup of powdered Clorox2 or other colorsafe powder bleach.
Dip the stain into the hot mixture immediately.
Then wash it.
You didn't say how expensive the clothes are. If you don't want to risk ruining expensive clothes by experimenting, it may be worth just letting a professional handle the problem.
If nothing else works, Take it to an expensive dry cleaning business. If it can be removed, they should be able to get it out with their specialized cleaning products. They have cleaners that are so strong you cannot buy them at a store. The cheap laundries often use inferior cleaning products and sometimes do not have trained employees.

I hope you had a lot of fun that night, enough to deserve having this problem.
If it is CHUNKY take the whole offensive mess outside and spray it off with the hose, if you live in a place warm enough to do so. If not, shower them off at the kitchen sink or in the shower to knock the chunks loose. Otherwise, you will have surprises that you have to clean out of the washing machine.
Then wash in appropriate temperature, don't just assume you will use hot because it is nasty, plus all laundry detergents kill germs like this. Use a little extra detergent for good measure, and to deodorize it, put a cup of vinegar in the wash cycle. Wash them separately from other clothes.
Check before tossing in the dryer that the clothes look and smell fresh, otherwise you get puke in the dryer and that will be a horrid mess.
Hope there isn't a next time.

use tide-to-go it really works! if this is an old stain, it would be impossible to come off; other trick also is to wash the stain right away with warm water...
