I had it sitting on the table, and it got knocked into my candle, and now there are wax streaks all down the front. I think it's vinyl, but I'm not sure. I tried blow drying, but it just made it worse. Any ideas?...this bag was quite expensive and I really don't want it to be ruined!

Coach is wonderful about fixing any mess you have on their bags. Take it back to a Coach store and ask them to help you fix it.

Get a brown paper bag ( with out ink print ) and an Iron.

Place the brown bag over the wax and place the heated (medium heat )iron on top, for two seconds. Remove the iron and wait a second for the wax to dry and then lift up the paper. The wax should stick to the paper.

Repeat until all wax is removed from the purse and transfered to the paper bag.

Blow dryer's normally work, sorry that it didn't. If you are willing to spare some money, you can find simple wax removers in most wal-marts. Just ask a clerk, or do to the candle section. Best wishes ^_^

freeze it then scrape off what you can, then there should only be enough left of there to get off with some warm/hot water and mild detergent
