Try Clorox AnyWhere product.
Clorox Anywhere Hard Surface Spray is tough enough to kill 99.9 percent of bacteria while being safe to use around children and pets.

Clorox makes a wonderful product in a spray bottle. It takes care of 99.9% of all bacteria and is safe to use on pacifiers, etc. I love it. You can get it at Target. It smells great, too!!

Lysol and other harsh chemicals shouldn't be used on toys, because they may put them in their mouth. "Clorox Anywhere" is a safe disinfectant that would not be harmful to humans or animals. (it's a light blue bottle in the cleaning aisle.)

I think both Lysol and Oust would work. I don't know which is better, because I have never personally used either.

Check restaurant suppliers, they have food safe sanitizers. If it is food safe, you can bet it is kid safe.
