Consumer Reports:
To remove Ballpoint ink--apply rubbing alcohol to white toweling and blot. Move to clean area of towel, and apply more alcohol as needed. Blot with the detergent solution and then water.
Hope this helps..

This is a great question...I've had the same problem myself...cheap hairspray does work...but not all the time. But the fact that you've bleaced it does create a problem so try to rinse the bleach out with very cold water...and after that spray a good amount of hairspray on it. Let it set for about 15-20 min and then put in the washer machine. It worked for me. But like i said the fact that you bleached creates a problem so there is no gurantee. If the bleach doesn't work I've heard rumors about rubbing alcohol working. Good Luck!!

rinse out the bleach with cold water.
set the stained part on top of some paper towels on a surface that can't be harmed by the ink..
then pour rubbing alcohol on the stain. let it sit for a bit.
change the paper towels and repeat this until the stain is gone.
then wash as usual in the hottest water possible.
P.S. the reason hair spray works is because it is an alcohol based product
therefore, plain rubbing alcohol is the best solution..
you don't need all the other crap in the hair spray on the stain!

Cheap hair spray works great for nonpermanent ink. However, I don't know if it will work since you've already bleached it.

The reason hair spray works is it has acetone in it. Nail polish remover is pure acetone. For the future in most cases just spray it with hair spray and wash. If that doesn't work, then you use nail polish remover (but not one with color added nor one that says non-acetone)

I've used hairspray before. If that doesn't work you could try using Shout. Sometimes that works. Good luck!
