Is it best to lay it on concrete board? If not what? Should I seal it before grouting? I hear it stains if grout gets on it. Is it harder to cut with wet saw because of the stone and size 18x18?

The standard features of the town house I'm buying come with a electric cooktop. To have the builder upgrade it to gas, including hookup, it'd cost $800. Should I let the builder do it, or it is a better value if I get it done myself, and perhaps sell the electric cooktop for some pocket changes?

Along the same line, would you spend $675 to upgrade the oven, dishwasher, and microwave to stainless steel?

Okay... now what I'm thinking of is a flat circle that u can put things on and u can spin it around...
like my grandma has one on her kitchen table that she put a vase of flowers in the middle and put salt and pepper shakers around it, along with sum other things, and if what she is looking for is out of view she'll just spin it til she finds it...

i want to call it a carousel but there ain't no way in hell its that, at least its not what ppl. would think of when u say carousel...

so if you can help me I'd appreciate it....
