I've been feeding the rabbits too. Now I have rabbit droppings EVERYWHERE and particularly in my landscaping. Should I clean them all up? Will they harm my landscaping or fertilize it?

Just leave them they will decompose and add both food and texture to your soil.keep an eye on plant material to see if they eat it. they might have a craving for some especially if you have deep snow cover. They can eat bark around trees n shrubs thus killing them or at the least make places for disease to enter.

Rabbit poop is a great fertilizer. Remove large piles and throw in a compost pile or set it aside in an inocuous place and let it age for awhile. It will make great fertilizer but can be harsh until it ages a bit.

Never let it be said the rabbits around your place don't reciprocate. Might I interest you in a nice clothespin for your nose? Legend has it, the smellier, the better.
