shadow boxes. keep an eye on Hobby Lobby or Michaels....Michaels had them on a 50% off sale last week...

A type of frame called a shadowbox. It isn't flat but has space between the back and the glass for 3-dimensional objects.
You may have to go somewhere like Michael's or some other art and craft store and have one custom made.

They actually sell frames that size, they're about as expensive as the jersey is worth though. A real nice one is cherry wood. It looks great.
