Delta is generally a fairly decent brand of faucet. What type of problems are you having with it - low pressure, temperature??
It's possible that you could have a defective cartridge in the valve. This could account for incorrect temperature fluctuations, and reduced pressure. If you contact Delta directly at 1-800-345-3358, they should send you a replacement cartridge at no cost. Delta faucets carry a lifetime warranty for the orginial purchaser. Make sure you have the model number of your faucet on hand when you call, so they can find the correct cartridge to fit your faucet.
Once you receive the cartridge by mail, you can follow the instructions I linked to below in order to remove the old cartridge and replace the new one. Make sure you do NOT pry the cartridge out with a screwdriver or something else. This will damage the cartridge and could make it impossible to remove, forcing you to replace the entire valve. You will probably need channel locks to complete the repair. If you don't have a set, you may want to consider having a professional do the work for you.
Good luck, and I hope this solves your problem!

didn't see add on but if poor water flow is an issue, it is very likely you have installa balance mixer control unit. This means the faucette is designed to regulate temperature settings when there is a possibility of pressure change. Thie design of these new units usually restricts the water flow to a certain degree. The only fix for this is to remove the balancing parts but you will then no longer have the balancing feature. You may also have a water resrtictor in the shower head unit itself as some need a certain amount of backpressure to regulate temperature. Agian this can be removed be balancing will be effected...Lets
oh also delta has a good customer support system and can easily be found going to delta.com...

Did you buy this at HD or Lowe's? I found that they get manufacturers to cheapen their products, under special product codes. This allows them to sell the faucets for less. Most people think they're getting the regular model, sold at plumbing supply houses. To check this out, get the exact model #, and call a plumbing supply for a quote. If they are unable to get that exact model, you know what you've got. In that case, I'd take it right out and return it as defective. I don't know that Delta is doing this with HD, but I caught them doing it with Moen. The insides were all plastic, while the regular model is solid brass.

If your problem is primarily low flow, remove the shower head and remove the restrictor in it. This looks like a hose bibb washer with a screen kind of thing covering the hole. Pull this restrictor out and you will have full flow as from the pipe through the wall.

only a wager: If 10 GB is an improve, the computer is previous? if so at the same time as residing house windows is loading, do you get "can not study filexx"? which means your cd is operating at a % too sluggish. replace the rigidity with a extra recent one. also, make positive the computer is determined with the CD first interior the boot order, and the rigidity has the jumper set to charm to close. at the same time as installation residing house windows, reformat the rigidity to the NTFS report equipment.

you may have crossed hot & cold somewhere, & i believe it can be done if the cartridge is in backwards,... pull you head & jerk out all the flow reducers, & drill it out with a 3/8" bit, it will knock you down,
pressure balance, & temp sensitive valves may affect your hot water flow!
