Ok....I flushed the toilet and started to add another roll to the empty holder. The Holder axle has the spring action and when I attepted to load a new roll, the axle shot into the toilet. Unfortunately, the water was still swirling around the bowl and the axle shot into the plumbing. May sound funny...but now the toilet will not flush correctly. I cannot reach it with my hand and have no idea how far down it got caught. Any ideas? I am considering using a drain snake but I know what is causing the blockage and its not going to "break up" with a snake or a plunger.

I have purchased a chemical named Tarax from France, will this help to break down the waste and/or help maintain the life expectancy of the pit? I have it emptied a couple of times per year, yet some other people in the area haven't emptied theirs for years?!?!

I'm looking for a small home that opens out onto a sandy beach in the back. It must be in a small community. Can be east or west coast but by no means heavily populated. Any ideas of where I can get help?

I live in Tennessee and see many things I like which are good for my climate, but am not sure that the local nurseries carry all of them , such as Achillia or Alyssus. Can you easily order stuff like this online and have it shipped safely to you for reasonable price?
does anybody recommend one?

Our combi boiler is controlled by a HoneyWell controller.
When h/w and c/h are set to timed, they both work fine.
If h/w is then set to constant and c/h remains on timed, the c/h appears to remain working even outside of the timed periods. i.e c/h not switching off.

I was looking a way to get rid of ants, and someone said that sprinkling uncooked grits on the anthill will cause them to die.

They said that the ants will eat the grits, which will then swell up after absorbing the juices in the ant's body, which will cause them to split open.

Is this just a crazy tale, or does it really work?

I used a calibrated multimeter at a socket. I confirmed this reading with a new multimeter. What can i do about this? I think it may be responsible for my laptop needing 5 new motherboards in the last 18 months. Any comments welcome. Thanks.

I am new to this term. What is a Rhizome first of all and if a plant , such as Canna or Salvia grows from Rhizome each year , what exactly does that mean? They die to the ground and reseed maybe?

The socket on the wall is three prong, two horizontal prong-inputs and one ground-prong input. Note that this is an Air Conditioner outlet and not a 20 AMP outlet, which is similar. I was to find some way to adapt it for regular 15AMP usage. Because both wires are 'hot' on the air conditioner outlet, this may not be possible. I am assuming that the outlet is 240 volts, though I see terms like 250/208 volts and the like. Also, the casing for the outlets is as such: two regular 15 AMP outlets, and next to them, where there would be usually two more 15 AMP outlets, there is just the one Air Conditioner outlet, which would make sense. Any help would be appreciated. I suspect I'll just have to leave the outlet alone, which seems a waste of an outlet.

If I don't get my house refinanced I am worried I may have to let the bank take it back. Already filed chapter 7 bankruptcy 3 years ago and got ourselves into another bad home situation. What is the likelihood of a mortgage co. working to help you remove PMI if you inform them you cannot afford the payment anymore and will be forced to give up the home if the PMI stays on the payment?
