while there are many companies that manufacture these kinds of blowing equipment the cost for purchase may be more than you wish to expend for a single project.

A contractor in most cases will blow it for you at tless than the cost of out right purchase.
Now a rental may be an option but take a while to research the actual application as you want to insure a true "dense pack" to prevent settling, reduce or stop air flow/convective looping in wall cavities, and full coverage of hidden bays/structural components.
As a final part of the research look into other optional materials other than the glass beads.
Blown fiberglass like this

Cellulose

(While here look at installation instructions for sidewall and attic as the application is virtually identical whatever product you end up blowing. Also take a couple minutes to view their fire testing videos comparing differing insulations and there performance during fires in a controlled test burn.

DON'T try this yourself. You might damage your house. In the worst case you might demolish your walls in the attempt.

Some cavity walls shouldn't be insulated, as the provide the house with it's natural draft against dampness.

Let a pro have a look and do the job.

It's called a blowing machine, but you probably want to hire a company to do the C-Wall insulation if you only have one property to insulate.

as far as i know you cannot hire this equipment or get the materials used .its a specialist .and you need special clothing .and i think health and safety people would not allow this stuff to be used by members of the general public
