My kitchen oven cause a ground trip each time we use it. I was told the reason is that there are moisture in the heater element and to dry it, remove ground and let it heat up and dry for some time powering up. Of coz do not let anyone touch the oven.

It dry up and everything was fine and the ground is screw back. Work fine. Next morning, it trip again.

The electrician came and simply change the plug, it works. Why?

I see many professional lawn companies hauling chemicals around in tanks in the back of their trucks and spraying the lawn and plants that way. I am use to spreading out granular fertlizer and pre-emergent and fertilizer.
Is there any advantage to the way the "lawn professionals" do it by spraying out liquids from a hose and the way I do it by spreading out the Scotts brand of granular herbicides and fertilizers with a spreader?
