There is a product on the market called "Kiss off". It's in a stick form and it helps remove stains. Use that, rub it real deep into the stain. Soak the clothes for 30 minutes in COLD water. Then wash as normal. DO NOT PUT IN THE DRYER UNTIL YOU'VE GOT IT OUT! Or, at least as much as it will come out.
Sometimes you'll need to go at it with some stain remover and a stiff toothbrush.
You might also want to try some paint thinner/nail polish remover.
Good luck.

Acetone..pure acetone....you can get it at Walmart or a beauty supply store like Sally's Beauty supply.
It will take dries paint out...it also will remove nail polish from fabric or carpet.
I once washed a pair of jeans, with a full load of clothes, that had a plastic bottle of nail polish in the pocket. The dryer melted the bottle and the acetone took out every spot of nail polish out of ALL the clothes and DID NOT damage any of the fabric. From the jeans to the acetate pants....nothing was damaged by the acetone and you can't tell there was ever nail polish on any of it.

If it's water based you have a good chance of getting it out by just washing it normally. If it doesn't come out the first time you wash it, DO NOT put it in the dryer. Go buy some goo-gone and put it on like the shout spray. It works for me every time.

If its water based acrylic paint, it will eventually come out in the wash. You can help remove it with a stiff brush.
If its oil based paint, you're going to need to use a chemical to remove it.

Keep the paint damp, and get it out as soon as possible It probably won't come out if it dries. Good luck! :) Arum
