I have researched them and found most users are dissapointed with their performance (esp during low-flow applications) and that when they stop working (often) it is difficult to impossible to get any service.

The only advice I got was to get an expensive Japanese brand (ie Takagi) and spend the $$ up front rather than on the back end with repairs and replacements.

Surely there are some tankless users out there that have had positive experiences...??

I painted a black shirt with acrylic paint, for an anti-school spirit week movement at my H-School. It was a nice top though, but my only black one that wasn't really expensive (The movement is called Team Black) I was wondering if it was possible in ANY WAY to wash out the paint, after this week. I used white orange yellow blue and green paint. I hope there is a way, but if not, oh well.

My front door opens up to a 6 foot wide hallway that leads to my dine-in kitchen. The hallway is about 15 feet long with stairs on the right beggining after the doorway to the living room. To the left, I have an area that is about 7 x 8 with a closet. I have a mirror and table there but it looks empty and the hallway is large and also empty. I think less is "more" most of the time but I can hear an echo in here!

There is also mold forming in little spots which I am going to clean off. I also opened the curtains to let the air try to dry it out. Any tips?

We just planted 11 Leyland Cypress trees, 15 Azaleas and a Fig tree. I realized that after the work was done that it's no longer going to be as easy as just cutting the grass as I have created a "weed-eating" nightmare for my hubby. I spent alot of money on the trees/shrubs and don't have alot left for borders around each tree. Is there something that I can use that is inexpensive to make this easier? Cut 2x4s? Cheap bricks? Any ideas? Our property is .75 acres; in zone 8.

I live in a 4-plex and someone in another unit is smoking pot...lots of it when they do. When my heater goes on my house wreaks of pot smoke. I have a 4 month old baby and a 22 month old baby...is this affecting them? Or myself and my husband? Why is it coming out of our vents if we each have our own furnace? What should I do about this?
Thanks in advance!
