bracelet bangles???? Wow. I recommend going to a craft store and checking out the jewelery fixings. Get some jump rings and prop the "c" open and clamp two bangles end to end. Make a giant chain then span it across your windows. They would make a very unique decoration. And window jewelery is really in right now!
To attach the chain just use a safety pin. Thread the safety pin into the fabric, then the chain, then the fabric and close.
Also, you could hotglue the bangles to your drawer front in an olympic rings sorta design. You can either leave them their original finish or paint right over them.
That's all I got. Good luck.
:)

You can clean them up for use as napkin holders.
You may be able to cut into them and refasten to use as shower curtain rings.
You may be able to attach a back and trim photos to fit inside as a frame.
You can embellish curtains with them.
You can use them as sock organizers in the drawer. Fit a pair through them.
You can spray paint them into a color code to help little children match their clothes, or a top and bottom and socks combo for a week's worth of clothes. On Sunday night put the outfits together. Then assign a color for each day of the week and put the right color bangle on every outfit. OR you can slip a bangle over an entire outfit worth of hangers, tuck the socks in the pocket, and they can pick whichever outfit, just wear the items together the way you put them together.
You can convert some to earrings.
You can use big ones for baby toys. No loose pieces on them.
And I know you didn't want to hear it, but you CAN still give them away. Donate them as a whole collection to a charity store, a teacher who can find creative uses in the classroom (organizing materials, teaching colors or counting, use for ring toss at the school carnival, whatever.) or a shelter where women are trying to build their career wardrobes and need some accessories.
You can save them for the next birthday party and give as party favors.
You can make a game with them. A tossing game, a puzzle game, a board game. Use your imagination.

Send them to Nek Chand at Chandigarh, he has been using them for a number of years or utilize them in a similar fashion at home, in a school or at a community craft show etc.
