Our kitchen cabinet is going to be painted (at last). But we can't decide what color to paint it with. Actually the color of the kitchen tiles is maroon (kind of dark maroon). So what color goes well with that?

We really want it to come out well. We can't afford to change it if we didn't like it. And the house would most probably be "passed on" so ^^, you get what i mean.

Please and thank you!

P.S: The cabinet is made out of wood with not much design on it. And the kitchen is simple yet elegant (as our neighbors who see it comment on it.)

Normally after flushing the cistern fills up with water and the ballcock rises with the water level making the water stop until the next flush. How can I stop this.
There needs to be more water in the cistern to lift the ballcock up further.
How can I fix this any ideas? - The toilet now is almost half flushing constantly.

I heard what sounded like a small explosion coming from the bathroom upstairs, so I ran to see what was going on...the shower door appeared to have just exploded, for no reason! Our house is less than 2 years old, and I don't know who the glass manufacturer is. There wasn't a breeze or an open window to slam it shut (I think it was closed anyway). Just wondering if anyone has ever heard of this happening and what caused it??
