I bought 2 rat traps from Ebay, and for the past week i keep catching the Fittle Luckers every day! When will i see a reduction?

P.S. I don't live near a council estate.

They re probably breeding faster that you are catching them.

we lived in a place where rats were coming out of an old tunnel near our house; we called the city dept and the man said rats can breed at 6 weeks of age, live for a month on the wax from a milk carton, can gnaw thru 4 inches of concrete, and get more brave the more of them there are. Call an extermintor NOW or set out rat poison, you have to keep changing the poison brand every so often as they are very intelligent and learn to avoid what is killing them.

they are everywere, they say that you are never more than 2 feet away from these vermin, i have had the rat problem also, and i don't live on a council estate either, they are so quick at breeding and they breed loads

Poison traps are more effective in the short term.
Removing the food sources and entry points is better in the long term..

...Why do you mention that you don't live near a council estate as the rats clearly prefer owner-occupier houses.

As soon as the adult males are dead you should see a good reduction. Keep up the good work and soon you will be vermin free.
