If you paint them with a LIGHT COLOR they will have a more *bigger* appearance. Also this is GOOD because it will save you on Heating in the Winter and Cooling in the Summer. Try doing a sketch of the room, and experiment on different colors by coloring in the details with some paint (or crayons) if you want to go that far. ALSO your local store, (like Lowes or Home Depot) can help you also with choices. Good Luck

Light colors will give any room a larger, more open feeling. White on the ceilings and pastels on the walls work great in small rooms.

YES YOU COULD DO THAT BUT TRY AVOIDING COLORS THAT ATTRACTS LIGT BECUZ THEY WILL DEFINATELY MAKE PEOPLE SEE THAT THE CEILING IS VERY LOW. AND BECUZ OUR EYEZ ARE NATURALLY ATTRACTED TO LIGHT SO YOU CAN PAINT IT IN THE COLOR OF THE WALLS USING A WARM SHADE
