Seriously, I think it's time for something a little more modern. Remember the 3 Seashell from "Demolition Man" with Sly Stallone?

I have just polished some brass canisters. They tarnish very easily. Is there something someone can recommend that I coat these canisters with the keep them from tarnishing? I use brasso to clean them and they are really shiny now. I want to keep them looking that way.

Please tell me a GUARANTEED way ( and preferably cheap, although beggers cant be choosers) to get this smell out without tearing out the floor. I've tried Bleach, vinager, fabreeze and I'm losing hope. PLEASE HELP ME. The smell is killing me !!!!

I planted Asters in my garden in early September. Two of the plants' flowers curled back and appeared to die. Is this just seasonal or are they sick? Should I replace them, or will they return in the Spring? There is no mold or other obvious diseases on them.

I just moved into a new house, and I am having trouble with decorating the open dining room. When you walk in the door you can see the living room which is yellow and blue the kitchen which is red black silver and white and the dining room which is no color at all. I don't know if I should do it in red to match the kitchen or yellow and blue to match the living room.

Please help

I have something that has spilled on my laminate flooring I just installed in April. It has warped. Is there a way it will "unwarp", or will I have to replace it? I thank you for any suggestions there might be that I can "dry it out" so it will unwarp without having to replace it.

Thank you in advance.

to get a dumpster for your house? I know you cant pay a fee to have one dropped off and then picked up after you have filled it up with debris. Does anyone know the average cost? It is a lot easier for me to do this because the dump is very far away from my house and I am thinking it would be more convenient and possibly cheaper.

We have to keep the clothing covered. This is not a problem in any other closet in the house. It is like the dust is coming through the walls. There are NO vents in this closet and it is on the bottom level of a 2-story home.

There's someone that makes single-room houses (with attic) that I think I saw in a CNN story. He's made 10 of them for people so far and also sells the blueprints. Does anyone know the website or his name?

Our new house doesn't have a fireplace. I don't know where to hang our stockings this year. I thought about just tacking them on the wall, but I was wondering if someone had a better and more creative idea.

My Daughter got silly putty on a flannel blanket she has and didn't know it. I've tried to wash it but it wouldn't come out. It was just gooshy, and worked it's way into the material. Now it is partially dried. Any ideas on how to get it out? What to use to pretreat it?
